Hi All! Just wanted to let you know I am doing FREE sessions for Military families through Christmas. If you know someone out there that has a spouse that is deployed and wants photos of theirself with their kids or just pics of the kids I want to shoot them! Not only will I be doing the session free but I'll also be making a show of the images (if they want me to ) to share with them overseas. Holidays are an even tougher time four our service Men and Women and I would love to give them amazing art of their family to make their holiday a little brighter. Spread the word and tell them to call me asap, I'll take good care of them, but then again you already knew that right!

Thanks Friends!

Rikki and Tom: Part two

This is Rikki and Tom's second half of their E-session! I met them out in Xenia and we went to this really awesome farm out there to do some more pictures of the two of them. It was such a great time exploring this farm and having the dogs with us was the coolest. They are such a happy family. The wedding is just a few weeks away now and I'm so excited. Both Rikki and Tom will be graduating from college and getting married the same weekend! Now that's a way to celebrate!!! Enjoy the pictures! ~Lauren

Courtney and Mike's Wedding: Holy Cow!

Holy cow this was one of the best weddings ever! Blake and I are still talking about it and it's nearly been a month. I didn't want to post the images until we were able to see Courtney and Mike to deliver their proofs because we had a fun little thing planned with them, but more on that later....

I really just can't describe the feeling I had when I met with Courtney and Mike about their wedding. I was excited of course, but it was a different excitement, more so than just working with a great coulple. If you know them you definetly kow what I'm talking about. They rock! These two are so meant for eachother, they go together like peanut butter and jelly and both of them are such caring individuals. It really felt like I was working with one of my best freinds and I had a trick up my sleeve that I was going to unleash at the reception that was sure to be a hit! Amelia, Courtney's sister and a past Bride of mine and I got together and made one of the coolest shows for them of all their past and present moments, growing up to getting engaged, then we added about 80 shots from the wedding that we shot that day and shared it on a giant sceen for everyone to enjoy at the reception. It was a HUGE hit! The show was a complete suprise to them and even I didn't know how good it would be until I watched it with them. It was by far my favorite part of the day. Watching them see their images and get emotional together, laugh together and wipe the tears of happiness from their eyes was one of the best moments I've ever had in my 15 years of photographing. So Courtney and Mike deserve one of my most sincere thank you's for allowing me the extreme pleasure of being able to work with them on such a fantastic wedding. All the work they put in for their guests, and all the planning sure was worth it because it was certainly one of the most wonderful weddings I've ever been a part of. You two have given me a new found love for what I do and I hope my work on your behalf is all that you could have hoped for and more! Ashley and Phillip up in Piqua

Ashley and Phillip we reccomended to me by one of my favortie friends and photographers, Sandra. We sure are thankful she did cause it was one of my most favorite weddings we've had. Everone was in such a gracouis mood and so happy for them, it was a calming feeling for us. They got married at one of the most unique churches I've ever been to as well. Ashley looked stunning! I LOVED her birdcage and hairpeice, it added so much charachter to her outfit and she personalized down to the leopard print rainboots! Classic! By far the best part of the day was getting the tow of them alone downtown to shoot some fun images. Piqua had alot to offer us in a few blocks so we took advantage of all of it. Blake and I had such a fun time shooting them, Ashley and Phillip are so cute together and they have such great hearts. I can see why they're perfect for eachother! Bunny and Bob!

This is Bunny and Bob wedding! This truly was a wedding that brought two family's together. It was just so much fun getting to be apart of this special day. Bunny and Bob are totally adorable together and are such a great pair. One of my favorite moments of the day was when Bob's grand daughters so loving welcomed Bunny into the family then made it official by all out dancing together on the dance floor to a Katy Perry song. It was great! To enjoy all the images from the wedding just click here. ~Lauren

Kara and Cody's Wedding!

What a Beautiful wedding! Kara and her family really put on a great event for their freinds and family. The weather held out enough for us to shoot outside prior to the ceremony, but unleashed a downpour as soon as we were headed to Sycamore Creek to shoot outside! We were able to get some really great stuff despite the weather and Kara and Cody even braved the rain for a few really spectacular shots under the umbrella. Now, normally I let everyone know my favorite shot of the day and it's almost always a shot of the couple. Actually my favorite shot of the day was a frame I was able to get of Kara and her Father right before they walked down the aisle together.

I've known Kara for years, but I've never seen her as happy as I see her when she is with Cody. If you think Kara, the first thing that comes to mind is that she always has a smile on her face, I think it's really adorable that she found someone who she can spend the rest of her life with that always has a smile on his face! They are great together and Kara even let Cody drive the golf cart instead of sitting in the back seat! Click here to view all the images and click here to see the show full size. -Nick

Vivky and Steve's E-Session

I met Vicky and Steve for their E-Session last week and we had a perfect day to shoot. Steve was a little tired from working well into the morning and driving up to Dayton but once I told Vicky to give him a few smooches and he got the photo in front of the dirtbikes he was good to go! They were huge UK fans so we stopped at my favorite blue wall for a bit before heading to Cox where it seemed every kid going to prom that weekend was there with their parents getting photos taken! It was a riot to see some of those outfits the kids were wearing! Thanks for hanging in there Steve! Vicky and I really appreciated it! Click here to see the show full size. -Nick

Allison and Andres' E-Session

Allison and Andres are getting married in June at the Carrillon Park, and I can't wait! We always seem to have Carillon weddings in the Fall so it will be nice to be there in June. They are such an adorable couple, and they were just like working with models cause they were up for anything and went wherever I wanted to go! Thanks Guys! Click here to see the show full size. -Nick
