Hi All! Just wanted to let you know I am doing FREE sessions for Military families through Christmas. If you know someone out there that has a spouse that is deployed and wants photos of theirself with their kids or just pics of the kids I want to shoot them! Not only will I be doing the session free but I'll also be making a show of the images (if they want me to ) to share with them overseas. Holidays are an even tougher time four our service Men and Women and I would love to give them amazing art of their family to make their holiday a little brighter. Spread the word and tell them to call me asap, I'll take good care of them, but then again you already knew that right!

Thanks Friends!

Stacy and Justin, I'm Amazed!

Ashley and Josh in the rain!

I just loved shooting with Ashley and Josh! I didn't really like the rain so much, but it didn't phase me and it certainly didn't bother Ashley and Josh. I really think Ashley didn't even notice it was such a crummy day for weather cause in her mind it was a beautiful day for a wedding. They both just couldn't wait to get to the ceremony and get on with the reception, all that mattered to them was being together, and spending the rest of their lives together! Ashley and Josh will foerever be one of my favorite couples! And I can't forget a shout out to the wedding party! All of you were just great sports to shoot in the rain. Especially Kristin, her bridesmaid who reccomended me to Ashley from shooting her wedding in June of '08! Thanks, Kristin!! Hats off to Brian Harris from Brian Harris Entertainment, he was the DJ and has been a freind of mine years, great work as usual! Thanks everyone for makng their wedding such a joyous occasion! Chelsea and Mike are married!

Chelsea and Mike got married on July 11 up in Troy. The day started off a bit rainy but it wasn't long before the clouds parted and the rain started to clear up just in time for us to start the pictures with the guys outside. The guys were such good sports about it cause they did get a little wet. After that the rest of the day just got more and more beautiful and I don't just mean the weather. Chelsea and Mike did such an awesome job planning this wedding! From her gorgeous dress to her flowers to the decorations, they thought of it all. One of the coolest things to me was that the church they got married in was the same church that Chelsea's parents and her grandparents were married in. That to me is so awesome and I truly feel so honored to have been the one chosen to document this extremely special time in this family's continuing story. Thank you to all who made me and my crew feel just like part of the family that day. Also, thank you to all who participated in the photo guestbook; it was such a great time and it came out to be the biggest book we ever done! Check out the pictures because they are hilarious! So congrats to Chelsea and Mike! Thanks for such an awesome day! Click on purchase prints on the left to see the rest of the images from Chelsea and Mike's wedding! ~Lauren

Jennifer and Chris on July Fourth!

This wedding was full of so much love! Though I don't think anyone loved the rain! Jen and Chris have bbeen one of my favorite couples since I first met them. We met in the winter at Cox Arboretum for their engagement session and we had a beautiful day of snow that made some of my most favorite engagement photos! So there was just a little deja vu when we got to their wedding day and the skies started to get dark, but all the rain and gloom didn't put a damper on anything! My favorite shots of the day were of Jen and her father right before they came down the aisle, I'll never know what they said but by their smiles I could tell it was all love! Thanks for letting us be a part of your love story Jennifer and Chris, we had so much fun with you and your families! Brittany and Corey's Wedding on July 3rd

Brittany and Corey had a lovely little wedding on the 3rd of July in Tipp Ciy. I really didn't get a chance to know them before the wedding, but I honestly felt like I was shooting an old friends wedding when we started shooting with them at the park. This was my first wedding in front of a waterfall, you know I dont have many opportunities to shoot weddings in front of waterfalls her in Dayton! It was a lovely, and very heartfelt wedding and Marci and I were glad to have been a part of it! Family proofing is available here. Click here to view all the images and purchase prints. Paula and Ryan

From the moment I met Paula and Ryan I was stoked about shooting their wedding. It was honestly written in the stars that I was to be their photographer and I'll tell you why. The date opened up about a week before we did the Dayton Premier Bridal Expo in September, and I really felt like I wouldn't book it and that was OK with me. My best friends wedding was the week after that on the 27th in Chicago so I felt like I could just take little vacation around his wedding and spend some time with friends. When I met Paula she was just so excited to finally find a photographer that could really understand what she was looking for and could match the vision she had for her wedding. My first thoughts of her and Ryan as we were talking at the Bridal show was "This couple is too cool, I'm not lucky enough to work with them, and I'm sure I'm booked for their date" So I asked: I was available! Couples like Paula and Ryan are what make up the vast majority of our wedding clients and they're exactly what we look for when we're boking a date. I feel like they are do deserving of a wonderful photographer and a perfect day because of who they are. It makes me so happy to see two wonderful people getting together and growing two spectacular families. My favorite little moment of the day was shared between Paula and I. It was when we were shooting her and the girls at Wegerzyn Gardens. It was the last pose we had her in just before we finished up, the bridesmaids we all congregated over my shoulder as I photographed her sitting on the bench. I told her to look over my shoulder at her girls, and just as she did she began to well up with tears. I said: Paula, you ok? She replied: Yeah, I just have really good friends. She had me in tears! Having great friends like that are just a testament to who Paula and Ryan are, I just loved working with them and I'm really looking forward to our extra session together, we'll im really looking forward to seeing them again however it is, I just love being around them! Thank you so much Paula and Ryan, I just can't tell you in words how much I appreciated the extreme pleasure of shooting your wedding and working with you both for the past year, you and your familes we're a blast!
