Hi All! Just wanted to let you know I am doing FREE sessions for Military families through Christmas. If you know someone out there that has a spouse that is deployed and wants photos of theirself with their kids or just pics of the kids I want to shoot them! Not only will I be doing the session free but I'll also be making a show of the images (if they want me to ) to share with them overseas. Holidays are an even tougher time four our service Men and Women and I would love to give them amazing art of their family to make their holiday a little brighter. Spread the word and tell them to call me asap, I'll take good care of them, but then again you already knew that right!
Thanks Friends!

Leah and Matt
I woke up on Saturday with a slight disappointed look on my face, Leah and Matt had planned to do all our photographs outside, and the sky was nothing but dark clouds! We packed our cameras up and headed up to Brookville. Luckily the rain held off for a few hours so we could get the guys photographed before the girls and get to my favorite part of the day: Leah and Matt’s time together. They wanted to spend more time together than the average couple on the day of their wedding and how honored were we that they let us be a part of it. Right after we finished the girls photos we let everyone head inside the church while Leah waited patiently for Matt to come see her. Matt was anxious, so much that I don’t think he heard me when I said he can come join us to see Leah! He just couldn’t wait to see her and I could understand why, She was just breath taking. It was truly a griping moment when they first saw each other, the embraced like he just got home from a summers vacation, they promptly let us know they were up for photos! We moved quickly and just finished up the last of the wedding party photos as the rain rush in and forced us back inside. Another of my favorite moments was Dad and Leah coming down the aisle, Dads eyes welled up and he held onto Leah’s hand with the clamping force of an alligator and I could see Her Mom's eyes tearing up as well. After the ceremony it seemed like the hand of god wiped away the clouds after the ceremony! It opened up to the brightest bluest sky I'd seen in a long time and it made for some gorgeous exiting shots front the church. Leah and Matt: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being one of the most gracious couples we've had to date and making your day as warm and heartfelt as you have made us feel working with you over the past year. A big thanks to the families for making us feel at home, and a quick shout-out to the wedding party! "NICK, NICK, NICK, NICK!!" I've never been routed for at a wedding!! That was the best! Michelle and Dan
Well back in December Michelle & Dan met Lauren and I at riverscape for one of the coolest (coldest too) engagement sessions we've ever done, and since then I've really been looking forward to working with them and their families. To this day their session remains my only session containing a Zamboni! You can see the images here. I have never been to a wedding where more people cared about Me and my photographers more than Michelle, Dan, and their families. They all went out of their way to make sure we had enough time to do our work and enough food to feed our bellies! Everyone was so gracious and welcoming I feel like I'm going to get an invite to thanksgiving dinner in the mail! Well that would be just fine with Me I can hang out with Michelle and Dan all nite, and we proved it at the reception! The have the largest PhotoGuestbook I've ever done for a couple and it takes the cake for my favorite "Bridesmaid group photo." We were also the first wedding party ever photographed inside the Dragons stadium: GO XAVIER! Michelle and Dan will forever be one of my uber favorite couples! M&D: Thank you so very much with all my heart for being so kind to me, and my photographers. The grace you and your families have shown me for the past year has been insurmountable, I want you to know how much it means to me. Enjoy your life together, if you're good to eachother like you were good to us you'll be fine :) If you would like to post the show on your Facebook or Myspace page please contact us at www.808photos.com Feel free to share the images and leave your comments below to let us know what you think! Christine and Don Engagement Session
This is Christine and Don engagement session. We met at their gorgeous house in yellow Springs last Tuesday for the shoot. We did some pictures first around their house and then we ventured out to the beautiful city of yellow Springs. What an awesome place to do an engagement session! There was just so many great places to shoot, I didn't want to stop taking pictures. Thanks to Christine and Don for putting up with me while I was picture happy. What a great couple, I'm so looking forward to the wedding! Enjoy the show! ~Lauren

Anne and Jeff's E-Session
Anne and Jeff met me over at Cox last week on a gorgeous evening. This was the first time Jeff and I met but I felt like I knew him already! Anne was thoughtful enough to send a page of photos with everyone in the wedding and all the families - what a great idea! It was so relaxing taking a stroll with such a cool and collected couple and getting to shoot on such a nice day was the icing on the cake! Alicia and Jeff
This wedding was AWESOME! Alicia and Jeff we're such a wonderful couple and their familes were so accomodating and gracious. I Knew it would be fantastic since I shot their engagement session in Anderson, IN back in the fall, and I've been looking forward to their wedding ever since! They weren't afaid to be emotional together and I think It allowed the true sentiment of the day to shine through in their photos. This wedding is the stuff wedding photographers like me really love, we feed off their energy and everything just falls into place. So if you're ever in the neighborhood, stop in to our newly renovated studio and see some of the massive wall prints that I'm about to hang from Alicia and Jeff's wedding, it'll be worth it! Thank you so much, Alicia and Jeff, for allowing me the extreme pleasure of attending one of my most favorite weddings ever! You have truly made a photographer friend for life! Rachel and Brian Eng
This is Rachel and Brian's engagement session I shot on Sunday. We had such a good time walking around the beautiful park where Brian proposed and I'm so glad they brought along the puppy for an extra personal touch. I am looking forward to shooting their wedding on October 3. I know it's going to be a beautiful and fun time. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much I enjoyed shooting them! Lauren

Jennifer and Chris' E-Session
Jennifer and Chris Met me down at the The Wine Gallery and Cafe in Downtown Dayton's Art district for their E-Session. Now I know it was raining on the way there, and when I got there and when left so you must wonder: "did you shoot it in rain?" Yup! I never really get the opportunity to shoot in adverse weather and I dont often get the opportunity to shoot a couple who honestly did everthing I told them. (Even one thing I told her not to, but it was worth it!) So we shot under the worst possible conditions for a session you could possibly ask for and I jsut love what we got. I'm always trying something new, and looking for something different and this session takes the cake for unique! For more info on the Wine gallery click here. If you would like to post the show on your Facebook or Myspace please contact us at www.808photos.com Feel free to share the images and leave your comments below! Thank you - Nick o'Donnell
Andrea and Brien
Andrea and Brien got married last Saturday in Yellow springs and we couldnt have asked for a nice couple or a nicer day! Both of them were so calm, laid back and up for anything, Just what we love! Lauren, Blake and I had really been looking forward to getting outside to shoot, we've been working on the new studio since Christmas and we've been putting all out time into painting and construction. Well thats not what we love and Brien and Andrea's wedding put the cameras back in our hands and we sure did some amazing work, but honestly when you have an amazing wedding and Families as nice and considerate as theirs, everything jsut falls into place! Thanks Andrea and Brien, It was just perfect!
